Please make sure you have a U3 type microSD card , minimum capacity of 64GB, maximum of 256GB.
Make sure you format it as exFat.

How to format an SD card on Windows:

  1. Insert the SD card into your computer, usually an adapter is needed (USB adapter is very user friendly to use).
  2. Open Windows Explorer and find the SD card.
  3. Right click the SD card and choose "Format..." from the menu to open the Format Dialogue window.
  4. Under "File system" choose "exFat".
  5. Make sure "Quick format" check box is on.
  6. Click "Format" to finish the process, when done a message indicating the process is complete will appear.
  7. Exit the format window.

How to format an SD card on Mac OS X:

  1. Insert the SD card into your computer, usually an adapter is needed (USB adapter is very user friendly to use).
  2. Open the "Disk Utility" from the "Utilities" folder in your "Applications" and select the SD card from the list of drives in the left frame.
  3. Erase the SD card data by selecting the "Erase" tab in the main window after selecting your SD card.
  4. Select exFat from the "Volume Format" drop-down menu and enter a name for the SD card in the "Name" field.
  5. Click "Eraseā€¦" when you are ready to format. "Disk Utility" will ask you to confirm.
  6. Close the window when done.
