You can download and install this software on your Oculus Rift:

This will give you the option to watch videos and stills on your Oculus. To view a Vuze rendered videos, please rename the file by adding "_TB" to the name (example: "video01_TB.mp4").

Whether or not you should change the file names of your videos depends on the player you are using with your Go HMD.
Some players require you to add "_360_TB" ending to the files so it should look like this: filename_360_TB.mp4
